—For Kindiki to become DP:

—Rigathi Gachagua must either resign, die, or be impeached through a fair and credible process.

—If Rigathi is not dead and/or has not resigned, he must be impeached through a credible process.

—Even if Rigathi were to be impeached through a credible process, he has the right to explore and EXHAUST all appeal avenues open to him.

—If and only if Rigathi’s appeals have been heard and determined by the courts, up to and including by the Supreme Court, will a vacancy occur in the office of the Deputy President.

—However, before that happens, Kindiki must have resigned from being a CS at least 6 months before Rigathi’s resignation, death or impeachment.

—Kindiki must have joined the UDA at least 6 months before his nomination.

—The UDA party and WilliamsRuto must then nominate Kindiki as DP.

—A properly constituted IEBC must be in place.

—Kindiki’s name must then be presented to the IEBC for clearance and nomination.

—Kindiki must be duly nominated by the IEBC.

—Ruto must submit Kindiki’s name to the National Assembly for vetting and confirmation.

—The foregoing process will go on up to 2027 (assuming the revolution doesn’t sweep everyone of them before 2027).

To rigathi: Watch what you eat, the medicine you take, where you sleep, and whom you greet.

Music producer Cedrick ‘Cedo’ Kadenyi has broken his silence over rumors surrounding his friendship with rapper and singer Nyashinski. The two reportedly fell out over a lucrative business deal. In June, Nyashinski reportedly asked Cedo to produce jingles for a client, offering Sh1 million for his work on a deal valued at Sh10 million. Initially, Cedo agreed, but after learning the full scope of the deal, he reconsidered and sought a higher fee.
