The CJ is delving into politics.

Does it mean that when an individual is aggrieved by the results of an election they should first approach the winner for a political solution before going to the courts? Is there a political process which is not governed by law and the Constitution?

How can the judiciary shield the parliament and the executive from following the law while executing their constitutional mandates? Doesn't each arm have a distinct mandate in which any interdependence can only be of administrative rather than of legal nature? 

With the way things are going, I wouldn't be surprised if the Adani scams are quickly laundered through our courts. The CJ is delving into politics which is going to completely erode the independence of the judiciary. 

The judiciary exists to serve justice to all whether they are individuals or arms of government. When the CJ pledges to shield some parties, how can Kenyans expect justice from the courts? This post is a sufficient ground for the CJ to be removed from office.

PRODUCER CEDO SPEAKS ON FALLOUT WITH NYASHINSKI

Music producer Cedrick ‘Cedo’ Kadenyi has broken his silence over rumors surrounding his friendship with rapper and singer Nyashinski. The two reportedly fell out over a lucrative business deal. In June, Nyashinski reportedly asked Cedo to produce jingles for a client, offering Sh1 million for his work on a deal valued at Sh10 million. Initially, Cedo agreed, but after learning the full scope of the deal, he reconsidered and sought a higher fee. Adding fuel to the fire, Nyashinski removed 20 of his tracks from major streaming platforms such as Spotify. Interestingly, many of the tracks were produced by Cedo.
